Mr. Woodall: Currently, E-85 is a “boutique” fuel. Sales volume for E-85 is stagnant at best. The economics for offering E-85 remain unfavorable or neutral..
Maybe in the future it will become more prevalent in the marketplace.
Thank you for writing.

The Municipalities must do so and the treatment field , can grow a plant to give you the FUEL YOU NEED. CATTAILS ! WHILE CLAIMS OF 7500+ Gal of fuel from just 1 acre, giving
a said 4 harvest yearly, of that crop ( actually more like 1 - 2 ) maybe a bit exaggerated in practical cattail growing , but, if it's at 5,000 gal x $2.00 a gallon ~ that's a lot of money
SAVED IN FUEL COST FOR YOU, just from waste !
Personally, each American can make up to 5,000 proof gallons a year through the experimental fuel plant licensing. We can help you with preparation of all documents to attain this free permit, IF YOU HAVE A PROPER LOCATION.

The Bureau Of Labor Department projects that locally generated money will change hands within a local economy 15 times. What If : Multinational companies are kept out of the money loop. You could Stop the oil companies from taking your communities money off shore, the very day you spend it at your pump by just building a fuels plant locally and add to this facility a pump to sell fuel from , and you could be 1/2 to 2/3 of the oil company's prices everyday.
HERE IT IS ! Community Supported Agriculture CSA and fuel plants

Consider this insider information recently reported in the media:
"The movement towards non-petroleum manufacturing materials use is gaining momentum
world wide. Every wise corporation today, is increasingly looking for more green, renewable
materials, to manufacture everything from instead of using any more petroleum products
than they must, due to the cost of it, and the potential price hikes coming in the future,
plus the EPA is always increasing their regulations of petroleum products.
The first facility of its kind this century in North America, will be making surfactants
( detergents ) from alcohol is being built now in Delaware by Croda Inc. This company
will soon begin converting between 10 million and 14 million gallons of ethanol each year
into ethylene oxide, opening a new market for U.S. ethanol producers.
DuPont also announced in early 2015 an agreement to supply Proctor & Gamble with
cellulosic derived ethanol, for the manufacture of their detergents, from a plant being
built in Iowa."
These examples are just more reasons for business persons to begin the manufacture
of a small community ethanol alcohol plant this year, as that the market for your
products resale is increasing beyond fuel ! Call and ask us more.

The Ethanol Effect As Found On Youtube
“The Ethanol Effect”, was another good film to learn from and was completed before President Trump took the 2016 White House race to victory, but it’s still a good primer about what's going on politically, both with dirty and pollution dripping oil based petro-fuels, with clean burning Ethanol fuels and the Farmers caught in the middle trying to survive; plus the (RFS) Renewable Fuels Standard, which is the law of how much bio-fuels are mandated to be used in our gasoline distribution.
While the oil companies want to get rid of the RFS, America needs it kept in place as much as we need Ethanol fuels to eventually replace petro-fuels. Clearly the (API) American Petroleum Institute doesn’t want Ethanol anywhere near their market, thus the fight goes on daily.
Sadly, as with many films, the writers in this movie get a few facts wrong, for example with corn Ethanol, as it’s not made from "food corn", but instead made from cattle feed corn, called Field Corn ( this is mentioned then forgotten by the end of the movie and a full 1/3 of that corn is returned to the cows as brewers grains ( Feed) with soluble’s becoming a higher protein feed, than any corn can and doesn’t get passed by the cattle without digestion , as corn does when it’s fed raw.
Additionally, they totally missed the fact that both oil based fuel and Ethanol release equal amounts of carbon as exhaust from a vehicle‘s engine into the atmosphere, ( only Ethanol is mentioned ) yet only Ethanol fuels re-sequester 100% of that carbon, with every new crop right back into the new plants, where as oil based petro-fuel is never recaptured, but instead just left polluting our Earth forever.
The bees lost in those states, are more likely not dying due to loss of land given up to farming rather than left as woodlands, as much as they are dying from petro-chemical fertilizers and the use of Round Up as a pre emergent spray when the corn is planted. This kills bees dead !
Agricultural runoff pollution noted in the film is water pollution, and said to be caused by “Corn farming”, but fertilizer runoffs come from many other point sources as well, but large scale farming has its problems due to the methods they employ.
Additionally, only large scale farming was shown ( for example “5000 acre” farms) were shown, but this leaves out the facts that better farming practices, come from smaller scale farms, with their own smaller scale distillery operation on site, with their own cattle and hogs to feed both the fodder and brewers grains to. Additionally, the process water from a farm distillery ( which is full of nutrients) can be used on the next crop as fertilizer and this would eliminate petro-chemical nitrogen fertilizer runoffs , as they would be eliminated from farm use, since distillation water will fertilizer the crop and stop weeds, thus eliminating Round Up and petro-fertilizer.
Clearly ethanol , be it made from corn or from silage, this renewable bio-fuel is a great drop in ready fuel, that could be used even at 100% without petro- fuel additions in all of today's vehicles and other engines too, all with greater efficiency than present petro- fuels. When Ethanol fuels are produced closer to their intended end consumer’s use, can 100% replace all petro-based fuels and with the addition of Methanol to the plants offering, (made from anything that is or was a plant ) and made easily from Carbon Dioxide and steam , is the additional alternative fuel that’s never even mentioned, when replacement of oil based petro-fuels is discussed, and all this would clean up the environment rapidly.

Does anyone see any potential dangers possible, by the United States being dependent, on 3rd world nations, for our energy ~ namely Our Oil Supplies ?
Well many do see problems with this, so let’s break down the facts and see where we are at, so a solution might be found.
As far back as the 1970’s, when Egypt and Syria, were at war with Israel, OPEC decided that the US. had to pick their side in that religious war, or lose completely our abundant oil supply. This 1 act by OPEC brought the American economy to a screeching halt and changed forever, the way we all look at oil and our transportation cost !
Does anyone suppose that is it any coincidence that an oil price spike, has immediately preceded 10 of our last 11 American recessions ? It's true and check the data if you wish, and it's not a leap in logic, if you have at least lived through the last few recent recessions, as we all tried to decide between affordable gas for the car or food on the table.
Yes, as oil goes up, so does everything else, as that oil’s tied to transportation, from the start of crops and automobile production, all the way to the delivery of your car, your milk, beef, the salad and bread too. We survived that 1970’s recession and several oil price spikes since then, only to be given the choice of oil as our fuel, even to this day and we hear reasons like,
“ there’s more drivers world wide and world market supply and demand are off “ ;
add to that any “short term production losses” has caused or will cause more recessions, due to ( the tail ) AKA. Oil Rich OPEC Countries ~ waging the dog (us).
Today, in North America we produce up to 60 percent of the oil our country needs, but we still export oil elsewhere too, while we buy 40% more oil, just to cover our own oil needs.
Further, we import a minimum of 208 + million barrels of OPEC oil each month, all from those 3rd world holes in the ground - lovely little tourist place’s like Sub-Saharan And Northern Africa, Venezuela and the Middle East – where they still chant “DEATH TO AMERICA” all the live long day !
Anyone think, OPEC has our best interest in mind ?
With oil rich 3rd world Dictators and their religious skirmishes continuing to affect world's oil sacristy into the future and raising prices due to future shortages,
“there’s really only one way out, of that oil trap” says Joe Woodall of
Georgia Adobe™ a Commerce GA. alternative design and build company.
Woodall says “ American E-98 Ethanol (which is 98% Alcohol & 2% other ingredients to prevent human consumption of that alcohol fuel) along with other alternative fuels including American made Methanol, must now become available, at all US. gas stations and the US. Government must stop standing in the way, of changes of existing vehicles, over to operate on flexible fuels" . Turns out that alterations of fuel software is illegal under current legislation.
Woodall went on to say that,: “if we mobilize a real nation wide fuels liberation effort (think of the Manhattan project here) , designed to first replace all imported oil with US. Produced alternative fuels, we could become fully energy independent before Donald J. Trumps administration, finishes it’s first term”.
Further Woodall has a plan “to create millions of new jobs in America, with an American Alcohol Fuel System, of at least one small fuel distillery per US. county at a minimum, all across the nation, and all to be fully agricultural based, with a small new farmer produced coop fuel , to meet local community fuel needs.
Then as this community effort grows, each fuel plant can soon have a new fuel station at the plant, to replace oil company's gas stations all across America, and before 2024“. The Cost he projects is: "$2 a gallon for production equipment ( plus any government driven cost, and supports like land, training etc. ) which is less than we as a nation spend yearly, on our troops supporting war preparation efforts in those 3rd world countries, just to protect OPEC oil, combined with the cost of protection of all those oil tankers, slugging along the oceans and bringing OPEC oil to America ".
Further, Woodall went on to say: " If we don’t diversify our transportation system soon, to be able to run current and future vehicles on these drop in ready alternatives to conventional oil fuels, we likely won’t be able to survive any long term oil cut off again, let alone vast long term price spikes. This all primarily can be accomplished from just 2 alternatives that are drop in ready today: Ethanol and Methanol fuels . If we don’t convert existing vehicles and all new vehicles over to the ability to run on these fuels as well as normal gas and be able to attain those fuels at each fuel station out there, over time we can look forward to those OPEC countries causing more recessions here at home ".
Clean electricity, hydrogen and natural gas are last on Mr. Woodall’s list of alternatives, "as they are the most expensive to convert over to, and certainly not drop in ready today" he says.
Luckily, Woodall says: "Ethanol production is likely one of mankind's oldest professions, so we not only know how to make it, but we're really good at it too; even in small plant size production - all the way down into the backwoods distillers this has been proven for centuries. This coupled with an abundant supply of non editable fuel crops, being used for the alcohol fuel production, on regular land including non arable normal land, all available to be used by this new group of American Farmer's, growing a fuel only crop. Adding methods that allow even a waste product like sugar rich garbage and day old doughnuts to become Ethanol means tomorrow's fuel can be made today inexpensively".
