When it's required, we conventionally finance our projects through public depository institutions and the US Federal Reserve System. We also take on private money lenders to finance the short to medium term loan needs, thereby creating great opportunities for those interested in quick returns, and a higher than bank interest, all secured by our projects. This lending makes purchase opportunities quick when needed, and not at bank timelines, which we all know to be very slow. The saving of this time to loan due to members being on the ready, allows us to close quickly on deals that require rapid closings and a reason for us to pay higher than international lending rates.

We’re opening our next phase of projects, accepting private money lending positions for our new projects in NE GA & Upstate SC. You are not investing as an equity partner, you’re acting as a secured lender, earning a defined return monthly, while we execute the project. Unlike a syndication where there are multiple owners and where the returns are only projected, this is structured return at interest, contractually.
Monthly interest payments go out to our lenders on Properties as these projects come to life and funds are drawn. We are now we’re accepting up to $10,000,000 in lending memberships.
Our Short-Term Lending Structure
* 10% FIXED annual return
* Interest Paid Monthly 12–18-month term
* Promissory note secured by the property that’s being purchased as a percentage lien.
* Most lenders participate at $100K+ amounts
Example:
The interest due monthly on a $1,000,000 loan, at a 10% annual interest rate, (interest-only) is: $8,333.33
